What we will ask you

Before shipping to a new buyer we ask for company registration details in your jurisdiction and two trade references, and we check them. New buyers are quoted against an irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or a 30% telegraphic transfer with the balance against the Bill of Lading.

This is not scepticism about you specifically. It is the same discipline we ask you to hold us to, and it is what makes the terms workable in both directions. Buyers with a settled record with us move onto negotiated terms.
