Brimalc International Limited CAC RC 1804248 NEPC RE 0016885 Registered exporter since 2021

Nigerian agricultural commodities

Documented to the last bag

Brimalc sources sesame seed, dried ginger and hibiscus at farm gate in Nigeria. We clean and grade them to buyer specification, and ship full container loads to processors and importers worldwide.

Every consignment is moisture-tested, laboratory-analysed and certified before the container is booked — because a consignment rejected at our facility costs a negotiation, and one rejected at your port costs the container.

Why buyers work with us

Sourcing from Nigeria can carry real risk. We are built to remove it.

01

Tested before booking, not after

Moisture, purity and aflatoxin analysis is completed before a container is booked. A batch that fails specification is rejected at our facility — not discovered at your port, where rejection means the cargo is returned or destroyed.

02

Traceable to the state and the season

Every bag carries product, net weight, origin state, harvest year and lot number. We record supplier and origin against each delivery, so any consignment can be traced back through the chain.

03

Registered and verifiable

Incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2021 and registered with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council since the same year. Both numbers are published below, and you are welcome to verify them.

Company verification

Verify us before you quote.

Most of our competitors do not disclose verifiable registration numbers up front. We are not like most. We understand the wish to verify a counterparty’s reliability, because we share it. Feel free to confirm ours independently, using the registration numbers below.

Method

How a Brimalc container is built

Seven stages from farm gate to sealed container. Documentation runs in parallel, never in sequence — that is what protects the sail date.

  1. Farm-gate sourcing

Bought directly from aggregators in Nigeria’s producing states.

  2. Intake and weighing

Every delivery weighed, moisture-tested and recorded against supplier and origin state.

  3. Cleaning and grading

Destoned and sorted to contract purity, then moisture re-tested.

  4. Laboratory analysis

Sample drawn and sent for aflatoxin and quality analysis before any booking is made.

  5. Packaging

New polypropylene bags only, labelled with product, weight, origin, lot and harvest year.

  6. Inspection and certification

NAQS phytosanitary, fumigation and clean certificate of inspection, all booked in parallel.

  7. Stuffing and sealing

Container stuffed and sealed, seal number recorded on every document in the set.
